Leadership for CI (Yellow Belt) Training
The leader's role is different...

You may recognise from our research-based work in this area - the leader’s role in Continuous Improvement is not the same as an improvement project leader.
The leader recognises the role that CI plays on the journey to organisation excellence, and can guide teams to the improvement priorities that matter most. Effective leaders of CI recognise their role in the CI Environment, and how this guides the CI culture of the organisation.
Through their influence and leadership behaviours, they enable effective team-based CI activity, ensuring that effective improvement to the organisation system is delivered, and is sustained for long-term benefit.
You may be interested to read our blog articles on this subject, or the published work by Steve Fannon which defines the CI Environment and the role of the leader.
